The minimum monthly spend per Agency account is R575 inc VAT - equivalent to 100 endpoints. Below that threshold, you still pay R575. Above it, every additional endpoint adds exactly R5.75.

For a 500-seat enterprise client, you might give them a volume discount or even sell at cost (R5.75/endpoint) - they're still paying for the tool you use. For a 10-person small business, you can add markup to make it a realistic value - charge R115-R288/month instead of R57.50 cost (that's R11.50-R28.80/endpoint instead of R5.75).
We don't have any recommendations on markup - we just need R5.75/endpoint to make our math work. How you price it for clients is entirely up to you. Mix and match, make deals, do what you need to do to get the tool in.

Remember: the R575 minimum applies to your Agency total, not per site. A client site with 5 devices contributes R28.75 toward your Agency bill. You only hit the minimum if your total endpoint count drops below 100 across all sites combined.
