1. Introduction
2. Platform Metrics & Monitoring Data
NTS collects system and network metrics as part of its core monitoring functionality. This includes but is not limited to:
As our platform continues to develop, specific metrics collected may evolve, but they will always fall within these general categories of system and network performance data. All metrics are visualized in the Control Panel through time-series charts and dashboards, allowing MSPs to track performance trends and system health over time.
Data Collection & Usage
This monitoring data is:
- Collected every 15 seconds for detailed metrics
- Stored in our secure time-series database
- Retained for 10 days in detailed form and 12 months in summarized form
- Accessible only to the MSP that commissioned the monitoring and NTS development team for platform maintenance
- Used solely for system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
- Never shared with or sold to third parties
Database-per-Tenant Isolation
Our platform implements database-per-tenant architecture where each MSP agency has their own separate database. User-account controlled access ensures each MSP can only access their own data through secure authentication. This provides complete data isolation between different MSPs using our platform, with no shared database infrastructure between agencies.
