route Why & How It Works
South African flag Built in South Africa

Why we built NTS.
And how it WILL benefit you.

Annual price increases. Per-technician seat costs that punish you for growing. Platforms so complex they need a dedicated admin just to configure. We've been on both sides of this - as the MSP paying the invoices, and as the engineers building the alternative. Here's our position, and exactly how NTS works.

Our Position

Four things we refuse to compromise on

The industry norms we built NTS specifically to break. No corporate hedging, no marketing spin. Just what we think, and why it matters for your MSP.

Trials shouldn't be traps

It sometimes feels like half the SaaS industry is built on one business model: get as many people as possible to forget to cancel.

We want you to try our software, use it properly, and then decide to buy it - or walk away with zero friction. No credit card upfront. No "auto-billing starts on day 15". No dark-pattern cancellation flows. You also know exactly what the trial package is worth in ZAR, so there's no billing surprise if you do continue.

Clear, concise, full disclosure. The way it should have always been.

Pricing built on cost, not margin

Most platforms price based on what competitors charge, not what the software actually costs to run. MSPs end up out of pocket, absorbing costs they can't recover from clients.

We did the math. R5 per endpoint per month, ex VAT - less than 20 cents per device per day - and that includes the Remote Support Client. It replaces your RMM subscription and your TeamViewer or AnyDesk license in one line item. We're confident this is sustainable for us and genuinely affordable for the average small-to-medium MSP in South Africa. If costs shift, we'll communicate it clearly - no stealth increases.

Disruption, because the big boys have been calling the shots for too long.

Proudly South African. Unafraid.

Who said we can't build a Saffa-native tool that offers a genuine alternative to the international big boys?

The development house behind NTS has been building software for the South African market for close to 20 years. NTS is based on direct input from our sister company - a South African MSP that's been operating for the same 20 years. We built NTS because we understood the problems and had the capability to solve them, so we did. It's that simple.

ZAR pricing, local support, local understanding. Without apology.

Founder Statement

I'm a software engineer with 20 years in the industry. I'm co-founder of an MSP that's been running in South Africa for the same 20 years, and co-founder of the development house that builds NTS. I've paid the invoices. I've felt every price increase. I know exactly what it costs to run a small MSP on tools priced for enterprise clients in dollars.

NTS is the platform I wanted when I was the one absorbing those costs. Small and medium South African MSPs deserve a serious, capable platform at a price that actually makes sense for this market. That's what we're building - with a talented team who genuinely gives a damn about getting it right.

5-minute setup

Your first site, live

A straight path from zero to visible metrics. No surprises, no hidden configuration step, no "we'll email you when your tenant is provisioned".

  1. 1

    domain_add Create your Agency

Sign up and your Agency workspace is provisioned instantly. This is your top-level container. All your clients, sites, and workstations live under it.

No credit card. No sales call. No "we'll be in touch".
  2. 2

    apartment Create a Site

A Site is a physical location: a client's office, your own office, a branch, a warehouse. Name it, tag it, and you're ready to add endpoints.

Start with your own office as a pilot. Most MSPs do.
  3. 3

download Download & install the Agent

The Agent installer is the same binary for every site. During installation you'll enter three things: your Agency identifier (a short code of your choosing), your Site code (specific to this location), and a Security Key. The Agent uses these to register the device to the correct site under your NTS cloud account - no site-specific build needed.

Lightweight. Windows-native. No Java, no Electron, no 400MB RAM footprint.
  4. 4

    sync Metrics start flowing immediately

The moment the Agent installs, it starts collecting CPU, RAM, disk, GPU, network, and running-process data at 15-second intervals. No "wait 24 hours for your first data sync". Data is retained at full resolution for 10 days, then rolled into daily averages (24 data points per metric, per day) for 12-month historical rewind.

Open the Control Panel and watch live metrics appear. The rewind starts building from first install.
  5. 5

dashboard View in the Control Panel

Navigate to your Site, click the workstation, and you've got live performance, 10-day full-resolution rewind, 12-month trend history, anomaly alerts, and full Remote Support - all from the same dashboard.

Remote Support is baked right into the Agent. No extra Teamviewer or Anydesk licenses required.
  6. add_circle

lan Optional: add network device monitoring

Pick any Agent on the Site to act as your network monitoring point. You explicitly add the devices you want to track - routers, switches, firewalls, NVRs, CCTV cameras, VoIP phones, printers, servers, IoT - by IP address. No auto-discovery. No surprise billing for devices you never intended to monitor. Just the infrastructure you choose to track, with historical uptime, latency, and availability data.

No separate appliance. No forced license endpoints. You control what gets monitored.
Scale up

Once one site is working

The same motion. Rinse and repeat. NTS grows with your MSP.

devices

Deploy to more workstations

Same Agent installer, same Site. Each workstation becomes a managed endpoint the second it reports in.

lan

Monitor every device on the LAN

Designate any Agent as the network sensor for a Site. It scans the LAN and tracks uptime, latency, and historical availability for every device with an IP - routers, switches, firewalls, NVRs, CCTV cameras, VoIP phones, printers, servers, IoT. Each willfully monitored endpoint consumes a license.

history

Rewind any device, any time

10 days of full-resolution data. 12 months of daily averages. On every managed endpoint and every network device. When a client says "it was slow last Tuesday morning" - you can actually check.

content_copy

Add more Sites, same motion

New client? New branch? Create another Site, deploy the Agent, done. Every Site is isolated, labelled, and billable independently - but all rolled up under your Agency in the Control Panel.

info

If it has an IP, we can tell you how available it is, over time. That's the whole philosophy behind NTS network monitoring. Not a single "is it up right now?" ping - historical availability, trend analysis, and alerting across every device on the LAN.
